Provide USCGC ASPEN with 01 Main crane 77,161lb weight bag (Brand Name Canflex P/N CT/CPS-35) and 02 low overhead 11,023lb weight test bags (Brand Name P/N CT/CPS-5LH) to enable ship's force to conduct biennial weight tests on Main crane, dual point, and single point davits. 2.
