The government will continue to evaluate the need to extend the proposal deadline based on the time required to answer all questions and supply those answers to industry. The work performed will be complex in nature, require multiple construction trades, and may require engineering design performed by credentialed professionals. Project execution methods will fall into one of the following classifications. The execution method will be defined in the project documents for each Task Order (TO) under this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanity (IDIQ) contract. Design Build will include the Contractor providing both the design and construction services for a project; during the Design-Build process, final design solutions are provided by the Contractor, not the Government. The Government will provide a Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and other preliminary documents to establish requirements from the work to be completed.
