September 16, 2026 Complete RFI responses posted. Followup questions related to these RFIs can be submitted by September 21 at noon CST. The government is not accepting new questions. Any question submitted must be tied to an answer provided in the attachment. The proposal due date will remain unchanged but the government will continue to monitor the need to extend. September 10, 2026 It was brought to the government's attention that previous solicitation amendments cannot be accessed. They now have been activated and are accessible. September 3, 2026 Amendment posted with updated Proposal due date, please see attachment. The government is still working to answer all RFIs. August 25, 2026: See attachment for a complete list of RFIs received to date. Some have already been answered, and the government is working to answer the rest. The government will continue to evaluate the need to extend the proposal deadline based on the time required to answer all questions and supply those answers to industry. August 19 2026: Please see amendment 0002 attached and an updated Section L. August 11 2026: 1. Please see amendment 0001 attached and an updated Section L dated 5 August 2026. 2.
