Description
East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) seeks proposals for a comprehensive, research-based core literacy program for students in grades K–5. The program must align with the Science of Reading and Connecticut’s Right to Read requirements. For grades K–3, the proposed curriculum model or program must meet current Connecticut approval requirements; materials for grades 4–5 must provide a coherent continuation of literacy instruction across the K–5 program. Connecticut’s approved-program requirements apply specifically to grades K–3.
