<p>This Invitation To Bid document solicits Bids for the provision of Adobe Enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The ongoing requirement for this product is required to maintain an up-to-date subscription, inclusive of maintenance and support services.</p><p>The subscription will be broadly comprised of the following components:</p><p>1. Licensing subscriptions; and</p><p>2. Support and maintenance services; and</p><p>3. Cloud-hosted environment, with redundancy</p><p>Further details relating to the specific requirements are provided in the Bill of Materials in Exhibit D – Pricing Schedule.</p> <p><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">All bids will be opened on, or immediately after 3pm on October 30, 2026.
