The purpose of this notification is to inform you that an award will not be made to the above referenced Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB). In accordance with Section 3-02(u) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules all bids for this solicitation were rejected, and this solicitation is being canceled in the best interests of the City of New York. A new solicitation is being drafted and will be released shortly.
