The project will provide expanded library services, flexible community meeting spaces, improved staff accommodation, upgraded technology infrastructure, and replacement of aging building systems. MANDATORY A mandatory Information Conference will be held at 2:00 PM September 24, 2026, at the Rocky Bluff Library, 6750 US Highway 301 North, Ellenton, FL 34222. A mandatory site tour will be conducted immediately following the Information Conference.
