The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking high-quality, destination-oriented tenants (Proposer) capable of transforming the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center (SARTC) into an active, visitor-serving environment that attracts both daily commuters and regional guests. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND SUBMIT ANY & ALL QUESTIONS OR CLARIFICATIONS THROUGH PLANETBIDS PRIOR TO THE Q&A DEADLINE. Questions regarding this Solicitation shall be submitted via PlanetBids prior to the posted Q&A Deadline. NO VERBAL REQUESTS OR RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED. All questions must be submitted in writing through this site by 2:00 PM on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026 (PDT) . A written response will be provided via PlanetBids email notification. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bid. Requests submitted for City’s consideration of proposed terms and conditions, including modifications to the City’s Solicitation and/or Contract terms and conditions must be submitted by the deadline for questions. Such requests should include an attachment in Word or PDF format on formal company letterhead that shows the requested modifications. Significant interpretations or clarifications and responses to questions received by the deadline will be addressed via addenda, which will be released and posted on PlanetBids under the “Addenda/Emails” tab.
