The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide support for the Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area Homeland Security Emergency Preparedness Campaign, “Ready OC”(running since 2008), as well as the Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area Homeland Security localized version of the National Public Awareness Campaign, “If You See Something, Say Something™” known locally as “Safe OC” (running since 2010). See EXHIBIT 1 for complete Scope ofServices. All notifications, updates, and addenda will be posted on the City’s bid management and publications system at www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=20137. All questions must be submitted in writing through this site by 2:00 PM on or before August 25, 2026. A written response will be provided via PlanetBids email notification. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bid. Significant interpretations or clarifications and responses to questions received by the deadline will be addressed via addenda to this RFP, which will be released and posted on PlanetBids under the “Addenda/Emails” tab. Requests submitted for City’s consideration of proposed terms and conditions, including modifications to the City’s RFP and/or Contract terms and conditions must be submitted by the deadline for questions. Such requests should include an attachment in Word or PDF format on formal company letterhead that shows the requested modifications. In addition to the SOQ, Narrative/Technical Proposal, and Cost Proposal, the following forms, and copies of all applicable licenses and certifications to the City at time of bid submittal.
