The purpose of this RFP is to obtain annual services for Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity emergency and non-emergency repair services for job orders for the CITY from qualified and experienced contractors using the competitive negotiation process and to establish one or more contracts for services performed on an as needed and requested basis.
