The City of Pearland (“City”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Geotechnical Services (the “Services”) in connection with the construction of the CDBG-MIT Hickory Creek Subdivision, Garden Acres Subdivision, Herridge Miller/Brookland Acres Subdivision Drainage Improvements, and Hickory Slough Slope Replacement project (COP Project Nos. DR2402, DR2403, DR2407, DR2408) (the “Project”), funded in whole or in part through the Texas General Land Office (GLO) Community Development Block Grant - Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) program.
