The last day to submit questions on this bid is August 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. This bid will be awarded as a Best Value. Please pay close attention to the weighted criteria and provide a complete and organized response. Please acknowledge the City of Garland Terms and Conditions in the Attributes section. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required to be uploaded with your bid response. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required upon award. Required Delivery Date: October 1, 2027
