Award: Award, if made, will be made to the respondent whose offer is determined to be the most advantageous to the City, considering price and the evaluation criteria identified in the solicitation. Submission: Responses must be submitted electronically through the Ion Wave eBid System. Faxed, emailed, or late responses will not be accepted. Required Documents: All required forms, certifications, and other documents identified in the solicitation must be completed and submitted with the response. Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Ion Wave Q&A section before the published deadline. The City will not respond to questions submitted by email, fax, or telephone. City Rights: The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive informalities or irregularities as permitted by law, request clarifications, conduct discussions or negotiations, and take any other action permitted by the solicitation and applicable law. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal exceeding available funding or to determine that such proposal is not eligible for further evaluation. The City may also negotiate scope modifications in accordance with Chapter 2269 to achieve a contract within available funding.
