Description
The City of Houston’s Human Resources Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide enterprise-wide employee engagement survey and organizational action planning services. This initiative supports the City of Houston’s Involve & Evolve (I&E) Employee Engagement Survey program and is intended to increase participation beyond the current 29% response rate while strengthening employee communication, outreach, and post-survey action planning efforts. The selected vendor will partner with the City to deliver a comprehensive, data-driven approach that enhances employee engagement, supports informed leadership decision-making, and drives measurable organizational improvements across departments. The City intends to enter one contract for a three (3) year initial term, with two (2) one-year options to renew annually, for a maximum five-year (5) contract.
