The Hague Bulkhead is undergoing rehabilitation to replace sections of the concrete bulkhead: Design and two phased constructions from near Botetourt Ped Bridge to Chrysler Museum, then to Hague Tower property. Coffer dams will be installed during the construction and areas around the bulkhead will be blocked off for safety.
