General Information This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued by Army Contracting Command - APG - Orlando Division to procure Agile Professional Services ("APS"). The acquisition is structured to support critical technical and professional operations under a flexible framework, to be proposed and developed by the successful offeror. Key acquisition parameters include: � Set-Aside Status: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. � Small Business Size Standard: $19.5M as defined by SBA regulations. � Primary NAICS Classification: 541990 � All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. � Contract Vehicle Type: Labor Hours/T&M 2. Solicitation Details This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06, effective August 27, 2025.and DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) July 2, 2026.
