Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Range Services BPA Action: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services Product/Service Code: U006 � Education/Training Services NAICS Code: 561210 � Facilities Support Services Subject: Multiple-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement for Commercial Range Services Contracting Office: 419TH Contracting Support Brigade (W51H72) � Fort Bragg, NC Place of Performance: Contractor-owned and operated facilities located within a 90-mile driving radius of the Joint Innovation Outpost (JIOP) Headquarters, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. 1.0 Description of Requirement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ. It shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to contract for any service. The U.S. Government is not seeking quotes at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this synopsis. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract because of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary. Not responding to this announcement does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued.
