**11 August 2026- RFP HT941026R2001 Amendment 003- This amendment is issued to notify potentially interested parties that the solicitation is active and highlighted revisions have been made to define Recency for Past Performance submittals on page 8 and the clarification on the importance of Factors for evaluation and trade-off on page 10. An incomplete sentence on page 9 has been completed. The period of performance has been revised. The solicitation is revised to replace all references to 'Technical Capability' with 'Technical Quality' to ensure terminology consistency. The ten (10) page limit for each Sub-Factor 1 has been removed. A new thirty-five (35) page limit now applies to the the entirety of Factor 1, to be submitted as a single document. The date for the submittal of questions and the closing date of receipt of offers is revised. Attachment 4- Price Sheet has also been revised due to the period of performance revision** **30 July 2026- Please be advised that the solicitation is currently on hold due to a pending protest.
