Webb Associates (WEBB) is seeking qualified small and disadvantaged business firms to provide labor compliance services as a subconsultant for WEBB's proposal to the City of Hemet for Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Oakland and Santa Fe Waterline Replacement, CIP 5661, in Hemet, California. The project is funded in whole or in part through a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Community Grant.
