***Amend 02 - This amendment extends the due date for quotes to 23 Sep 2026 and ALL questions received. Window cleaning has been changed to only quarterly. A revised PWS (Rev 2) has been uploaded. Please ensure you sign and return the first page of the SF30 for each amendment*** ***Amend 01 - This amendment extends the due date for quotes to 15 Sep 2026 and answers most questions received. The quesitons highlited on the Q&A sheet will be answered early next week. All attachments have been revised.*** NO FURTHER QUESTIONS WILL BE TAKEN Statement of Requirement The U.S. Forest Service requires janitorial services for the Trabuco District Ranger Office, Cleveland National Forest. Services required include but are not limited to cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, break rooms, kitchenettes, and trash/recycle bins emptied with content disposed.
