Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to to incorporate RFO 52.219-30 & 52.228-5 and to extend the solicitation closing dat to 29 September 2026 at 1200PM EST. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. Ammendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions the Government received timely. As a result, the PWS and QASP have been updated and incorporated. The solicitation closing date of 29 September 2026 at 12:00 PM EST is not extended. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO subpart 12.202(b), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA448426Q0035 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective March 13, 2026. This requirement is being issued as a 100% Women Owned Small Business set aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561790 (Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings) with a small business standard size of $9M . This acquisition is for the procurement of contactor services to provide bird waste cleaning at JB MDL. 305 MXG requires four cleanings a year for eight buildings/hangars. The Contractor shall provide own personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, services necessary to perform bird waste cleaning as defined in this Performance Work Statement.
