The Washington State Department of Natural Resources, hereafter called “Agency/DNR”, is initiating this Solicitation to solicit proposals from the DNR’s existing list of approved appraisers as determined by RFQ 24-51. The purpose and intended use of this APPRAISAL FIELD REVIEW is to analyze and conclude to the reliability of the report.
