The Washington State Department of Natural Resources, hereafter called “Agency/DNR”, is initiating this Solicitation to solicit proposals from the DNR’s existing list of approved appraisers as determined by RFQ 24-51. The purpose of this appraisal is: To provide an opinion of Market Value of the property rights slated for encumbrance by a conservation easement.
