The Hampton Roads Transportation Accountability Commission (HRTAC), a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for design and operational reviews, analysis of cost data, development of independent estimates, traffic analysis, development of reports and accurate cost projections, compliance with federal and state statutes covering construction projects and support of HRTAC High Priority Projects and initiatives.
