The Fairfax County Department of Transportation, a duly authorized agency of the County of Fairfax,Virginia, is seeking Offerors for consideration of providing engineering services for Construction Support,and Independent Quality Assurance, Verification, Sampling and Testing (IQAVS&T) Services for the Richmond Highway Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project. Please provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)in accordance with the attached solicitation for this Request for Proposals (RFP).
