Description
Northumberland County, Virginia (the âCountyâ) invites sealed proposals from qualified individuals, firms, or organizations to provide grant writing, grant administration, and grant management services on a contractual basis. The County intends to establish a contract with the offeror whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous to the County, taking into consideration the evaluation factors stated in this RFP.
