The Agency is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit grant proposals for the Civil Money Penalty Quality Improvement Initiative (CMPQII) Grant Program. The funds awarded through the RFP process are to be used to improve the quality of life and quality of care for certified nursing facility residents.
