Description
<p>The City is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents to provide, implement, and support a comprehensive electronic grant management platform. The platform will serve as a centralized hub for the administration of City grant programs and should support grant activities from application and review through award, ongoing grant administration, including housing program service data, reporting, and closeout.</p> <p>All questions must be submitted no later than <strong>Friday, October 9, 2026</strong>, in accordance with the RFP Timeline. Questions received after the deadline may not be considered.</p><p>The City intends to post written responses to timely submitted questions on or before <strong>Friday, October 16, 2026</strong>. Responses will be made available through the City’s designated procurement portal and/or other official procurement communication method.</p>
