Description
The City of Jacksonville ("City" or "Owner") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Design-Build Firms to provide design, permitting, construction, and related services for horizontal/civil engineering projects on an as-needed basis under an annual contract. The proposed contract is intended to provide continued design-build capacity for future City capital improvement, infrastructure, repair, rehabilitation, replacement, and improvement projects. Representative work may include roadway, drainage, stormwater, utility coordination, sidewalk, ADA, intersection, traffic, site/civil, retaining wall, culvert, minor structural, maintenance of traffic, permitting, testing, as-built, closeout, and related appurtenant work. This solicitation is intended to be procured and administered as a design-build contract in accordance with applicable Florida law, including Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, applicable provisions of the Jacksonville Ordinance Code, the City of Jacksonville Procurement Code, and the final solicitation documents.
