Camp Branch Park - Phase 1 Design Services The Johnson County Park and Recreation District (JCPRD) seeks proposals from multi-discipline teams for professional architecture, landscape architecture, survey, and engineering services for a phase one development at Camp Branch Park. The park is located at 18100 Mission Road in unincorporated Johnson County, Kansas. The site is former agricultural land and does not have developed access roads or utility infrastructure. The professional services require expertise and experience in the design of park roadways, utility infrastructure, parking lots, multi-used paved trails, prefabricated restroom building, lighting, and habitat restoration. An approved park masterplan will guide the phase one design. The professional disciplines may be from a single firm or from teams composed of a lead firm and subconsultant firms. A proposal must be submitted electronically at https://jocogov.ionwave.net by a respondent and must: (1) be signed electronically by a duly authorized representative of the respondent’s organization; and (2) contain all information required by the RFP.
