Aging and Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW) is soliciting proposals from qualified agencies and businesses interested in supporting the deployment and operation of Mobile Health Assistance Vans serving rural communities in the Tri-County region (Pend Oreille, Stevens, and Northern Ferry counties) and/or Whitman County through the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program.
