The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor and machinery to complete asbestos abatement and demolition services at the location listed below. The Contractor must clear, remove and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. All work must be performed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding asbestos abatement and/or demolition. Lot must be restored to natural grade and conditions including fill dirt, seeding etc. Removal of all utility structures must be included in bid price. Bidders are responsible for reviewing the attached Asbestos Survey Report in their entirety. Demolition location: 1003 Young Avenue, Warner Robins, GA 31093 This project is funded in whole or in part with federal funding and is therefore subject to federal requirements. The awarded Contractor must comply with HUD-4010 Federal Labor Standards Provisions including, but not limited to, all requirements under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts. In addition, this project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA). By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable federal requirements. All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM (ET). Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through the City’s IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM (ET). The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
