IFB NO. C26950006 - Inland Empire District - Alarm Monitoring Service Contract Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) IED Alarm Monitoring Services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to install and service the security alarm system and provide 24-hour monitoring in accordance with the terms set forth in this agreement and as outlined in Exhibit A, Attachment 1-Service Overview. Required Certification and Licenses in order to submit a bid (See Bid Checklist) Contractor must be a UL Certified Monitoring Center that is owned and operated by the security installation company, and not operated by any third party. Contractor must be licensed by the State contractor's License Board as C-7, C-10, or B contractor. Contractor must use existing Hardware with Digital Monitoring Products XR150 Network Control Panels with Cellular Communication Backup. Instructions to Download Bid Package: Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the bid forms, specifications, plans and addenda (if any) by downloading this bid package from this website. Questions and Answers: Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the State's attention by emailing your questions to IEDContracts@parks.ca.gov NO LATER THAN by close of business on OCTOBER 30, 2026. Answers will be provided by Addendum on this website, and it is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived however the DVBE Incentive still applies. There is no minimum DVBE participation requirement for this solicitation.
