IFB NO. C26683004 - Empire Mine State Historic Park , Malakoff Diggins State Historic Park and South Yuba River State Park (Nevada County) Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Refuse Disposal Services as described herein: All work shall be completed in accordance with the service specifications, as described in Exhibit A, Attachment 1 - Chemical Toilet Rental and/or Service Specifications and all other contract documentation for stipulated sums which shall include all applicable sales tax and other expenses. Instructions to Download Bid Package: Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the bid forms, specifications, plans and addenda (if any) by downloading this bid package from this website. Questions and Answers: Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the State's attention by emailing your questions to Sierra.Contracts@parks.ca.gov NO LATER THAN by close of business seven (7) calendar days prior to the Bid Due date. Answers will be provided by Addendum on this website, and it is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived however the DVBE Incentive still applies. There is no minimum DVBE participation requirement for this solicitation. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses
