Description
The general scope of work includes site improvements, including grading, paving, sidewalks, concrete flatwork, accessibility improvements, and utility infrastructure. Also, selective demolition of existing building components and systems; exterior and interior building renovations and improvements, including replacement of doors and storefront system, EIFS repairs, and exterior painting; construction of new interior partitions; interior painting and finishes; new restrooms with new plumbing fixtures and accessories; replacement and upgrades of plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, installation and modifications to the fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. All work shall be performed in accordance with the construction drawings and specifications.
