The purpose of this amendment is to revise the solicitation requirements, update the Performance Work Statement (PWS), incorporate basis of award, and publish the Government responses to questions submitted by prospective offerors. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. SUMMARY OF KEY CHANGES 1. EXTENSION OF QUOTATION DUE DATE (if applicable) The closing date and time for receipt of quotations is hereby extended: * From: September 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM Central Time * To: September 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM Central Time 2.
