Drawings and Specifications may be seen at the following locations: A&E Reprographics, Norfolk www.aereprographics.com ; Construct Connect, content@constructconnect.com ; Valley Construction News (Bid Online) www.vcnonline.com ; Dodge Data & Analytics www.construction.com ; Builders and Contractors Exchange, Norfolk www.bceva.com Sets of drawings and specifications may be obtained, as complete sets of Bidding Documents, as hard copy or PDF version on CD, upon purchase for each set, from Business Document Solutions, Inc, (757) 390-2755. An additional fee for shipping or delivery may be charged for those Contractors who wish to have their sets mailed or delivered. No partial sets will be distributed. In Person Conference Date The school grounds will be open for inspection at a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on Monday, October 19th at 4:30PM . Contractors must sign in and obtain a visitor pass at the main entrance security desk prior to any interior or exterior building or site review. If unable to attend the non-mandatory pre-bid conference, bidders may coordinate inspection of the school grounds at a different time/date through VBCPS Project Manager Fred Reynolds by e-mailing him at fred.reynolds@vbschools.com . Bidders are not permitted to access the schools outside of the non-mandatory pre-bid conference without prior coordination with Fred Reynolds.
