Requirement Description: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards Air Force Base, California, has a requirement for brand-name Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) enterprise-grade solid-state drives (SSDs) to support the Edwards Data Center. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. 2. Brand-Name Restriction: In accordance with RFO 12.501 and the approved Brand-Name Justification (attached), this requirement is strictly limited to authentic, factory-new HPE manufactured hardware. No alternative brands or "or equal" items will be considered. All drives must include authentic, factory-installed, and digitally signed HPE firmware. 3.
