Improvements to the City of Hephzibah Water Pollution Control Plant, including furnishing all materials, equipment, and performing all labor necessary for constructing the proposed Bar Screen and structure, Wastewater Treatment System with electrical room and blowers, Chlorine Contact Chamber, including earth excavation, backfilling, grading, concrete structures, piping, electrical, mechanical work, painting, grassing, erosion control and all other work and all appurtenances required.
