Description
The Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for mortgage-style tax foreclosure legal services pursuant to North Carolina General Statue § 105-374 on behalf of Guilford County and the municipalities it represents. The County reserves the right to award a contract to one, or multiple Providers deemed to be fully qualified and best suited to meet the County’s needs, based on the evaluation factors and criteria set forth in this RFP.
