The Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to serve as its Strategic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Journey Partner for a comprehensive, multi-year ERP transformation initiative. The selected Journey Partner will provide strategic guidance, program-level support, and hands-on execution throughout the multi-year ERP transformation, supporting the County across the Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Budget domains. Guilford County plans to undertake a strategic, enterprise-level transformation to replace and consolidate its current diverse ERP product portfolio into a more modern ERP product landscape.
