Description
The County of Alleghany, Virginia, is seeking proposals for hauling solid waste from the Island Ford Transfer Station and sludge from the Low Moor and Lower Jackson River Regional Wastewater Treatment Plants to Smith Gap Landfill. Proposers may submit for transfer station hauling only, wastewater treatment plant sludge hauling only (both plants), or both service categories. Proposers may offer pricing with a fuel surcharge, without a fuel surcharge, or both alternatives.
