NOTICE TO PROPOSERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed RFPs from qualified proposers for the following work as specified: SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND HAULING SERVICES RFP NO.: 2026-021 This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks a Contractor to provide solid waste collection and hauling services for approximately 68,000 residents within the City of Lauderhill. Services shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and scope of services contained in this RFP. The proposal price must remain valid for a minimum of three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of the RFP opening. SUBMISSION DEADLINE The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed proposals until: 2:45 P.M. EST, August 25, 2026 Proposals must be submitted via IonWave at: https://lauderhill.ionwave.net OR delivered to: City Clerk’s Office 5581 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite 421 Lauderhill, Florida 33313 Proposals received after the stated deadline will not be considered unless the deadline is waived by the City. If delivering to the City Clerk’s Office, proposers must submit: One (1) original hard copy (unbound) One (1) electronic copy All sealed envelopes must be clearly marked: “RFP 2026-021: SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND HAULING SERVICES” E-mailed and faxed proposals will not be accepted.
