Description
The purpose and intent of this RFQ is to solicit statements of qualifications from A/E firms to create a group of qualification statements which allows agencies to evaluate and compare the qualifications against the specific requirements of their individual projects. These professional architectural and/or engineering services will be provided on an 'as-needed' basis.
