Description
HACS operates and manages housing developments that provide decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable housing to low-income families, elderly, and disabled residents in Shreveport, Louisiana. In compliance with 24 CFR § 85.36, HACS is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide lawn care and landscape maintenance for HACS developments and privately owned rental properties, to preserve agency assets and maintain the appearance of each property. Proposers will price two service options on the Proposal Cost Form (Attachment 1): • Lawn Maintenance (Base Bid) , required. See Section V. • Landscaping Services (Alternate 1) , optional; priced and scored separately. See Section VI. All proposals must conform to the requirements of this RFP, its attachments, and any addenda.
