Bids may be submitted electronically through the procurement portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lewiscountywa o r sealed bids must be delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Lewis County Commissioners (351 N.W. North Street, Room 210, CMS-01, Chehalis, Washington 98532) no later than 12:15 pm on Thursday, December 3, 2026 and be in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other contract documents available through the procurement portal. Sealed bids must be in an envelope clearly marked: "SEALED BID FOR THE (Jones Road MP 1.71 Culvert Replacement Project) (F.A 90-21F171900171, FEMA No. 4593 DR, PW No. 57), TO BE OPENED ON OR AFTER 12:15 pm on Thursday, December 3, 2026 .
