Boistfort Road Paving Project , Project # CRP 2213E NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lewis County will open sealed bids publicly at or after 12:15PM on Thursday, November 19, 2026 at Lewis County Courthouse in Chehalis, Washington for the Boistfort Road Paving Project CRP 2213E SEALED BIDS MUST BE DELIVERED BY OR BEFORE 12:15 PM ON Thursday, November 19, 2026 (Bids submitted after 12:15 PM Pacific Time will not be considered for this project.) Bids may be submitted electronically through the procurement portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lewiscountywa or sealed bids must be delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Lewis County Commissioners (351 N.W. North Street, Room 210, CMS-01, Chehalis, Washington 98532) no later than 12:15 pm on Thursday, November 19, 2026 and be in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other contract documents available through the procurement portal. Sealed bids must be in an envelope clearly marked: "SEALED BID FOR THE (Boistfort Road Paving) (CRP 2213E), TO BE OPENED ON OR AFTER 12:15 pm on Thursday, November 19, 2026 . Contact Person: Vince Hall , Assistant County Engineer , (360) 740-2762 , vince.hall@lewiscountywa.gov All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specification, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Lewis County Public Works Department.
