St. Clair County with Public Building Commission of St. Clair County, Illinois as authorized Agent, hereby gives notice that bids will be received from qualified vendors for furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, and incidental materials required to install Owner-furnished trees at the Kaskaskia River State Fish & Wildlife Area, 10981 Conservation Road, Baldwin, Illinois 62217. The work is associated with MidAmerica Airport's tree replacement program and shall be completed in accordance with these specifications and accepted arboricultural practices.
