Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Albany Technical College (ATC) to establish a one-time service with one qualified supplier, for demolition and asbestos removal and cleanup of the RYDC Building on campus. The location will be at the Albany Campus located at 1704 Slappey Boulevard, Albany, GA 31701. Please review the eRFQ instruction document and the bid specification within the attachments section of the GA@Work Marketplace Bid Event for more information about this project. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Albany Technical College (ATC) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Albany Campus on October 27, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
