Description
The project includes rehabilitation of Primary Digester Tank No. 2 and the primary digester sludge pump room; digester gas collection and piping modifications; a new dual-fuel boiler, sludge heat exchanger, waste gas flare, safety equipment, yard piping, and site improvements; gas monitoring, demolition. Bids will be received for the General Contract only.
